CY series of regular temperature sponge iron deaerator with high activity of sponge iron deoxidizer, remove the dissolved oxygen in water. The treated water can be widely used for boiler water supply and industrial water recycling equipment corrosion, is an ideal environment-friendly deaerator equipment.

Deoxidation mechanism

The activation treatment and get highactive fillling lump with massive sponge iron deoxidizer is a spongy porous iron particle. The best removal effect of 
soft water treatment and deoxygenation , and play a role in filtering. After the activation of iron and dissolved oxygen in the water with rapid oxidation reduction reaction.The formula is:
Fe+H2O+1/2O2→Fe2++2OH+Fe2++2OH+1/4O2+2H2O-Fe(OH)3↓
 
The formed ferric hydroxide floc is accumulated in the highly active sponge iron oxidizer surface ,and interception, it is easy to be flushed backwash water , exclusion, Deoxidizer quickly restore the initial activity.

Note:(1)The domestic manufacturers of the sponge iron deoxidizer adopt the "cold bonded pellet production process"and "tunnel kiln" ordinary process method, and fire powder particles of iron oxide (or iron ore), the deoxidizer intensity difference is 20N/P,due to the addition of additives in water is easy to be drained away, this not only need to increase secondary filtration device (except for the loss of iron) to be added with the second filtering device(to remove the lost ironpowder)put more investment on equipment. And increasing the filling frequency of the deoxidizer, thereby aggravating the user's economic burden. At the same time, because the gap between particles is relatively large(visible gap sometimes ), and Fe (OH) PD colloid precipitation tend to aggregate compaction, deoxidizer is difficult to regenerate, resulting in the activity of deoxidizer cannot be maintained.

 
1.The carrying and storage of deoxidizer should be well packaged, water and moisture proof.
 
2.Deoxidizer packing height generally is 1.2 meters, the region should adjust on the base of different water quality .
