Ultrafiltration(UF)introduction

UF membrane components are based on the pressure-Driven membrane separation process. It can trap the
 impurities and particle between 0.002 to 0.1μm when the water through micro-hole filter in the membrane 
surface. That can remove colloid, silicon, protein, microbe effectively. When macromolecular organic liquid mixtures under certain pressure flows through the membrane surface,solvents and small molecules through the membrane, while the macromolecular substances trapped, thus achieving size, molecular separation and purification. It could be widely used in separation, concentration,and purification of materials. It does not need transformation in the process of UF, and without heating.

 It can be operated under room temperature; saving energy. Especially it is suit for separation of heat sensitive materials. Ultrafiltration process is very simple, and easy to operating, besides, it cost low fee to maintain it.Ultrafiltration membrane resistance to chemical attack, wide PH , ultrafiltration membrane area in unit volume, investment cost, cleaning is simple.

 
Hollow-fiber ultrafiltration membrane is the most mature and advanced form. Hollow fibers outside diameter 
ø 0.5-2.0mm, diameter ø 0.3-1.4mm, hollow fiber tube filled with micro-holes;it can stop a million of molecular. Water flow in outside and inside of the hollow fiber under pressure, so it comes exterior pressure mode and interior pressure mode. The ultrafiltration is dynamic process, the molecular that be stopped can be remove and don't stay in the membrane surface, remain running in a long term. 
 

Application

It can be used in pure water and ultra-pure water equipment, Sterile pyrogenfree water for medical devices,industrial drink, drinking water, water purification, industrial separation, concentration and purification of industrial waste water treatment, electrophoresis, electroplating waste water containing oil, large industrial boilers and boiler water treatment equipment .
